Event description

The goal of storytelling and drumming is to share Afrikan stories and folktales from Afrika and the Afrikan diaspora. Join Kwanza Msingwana, storyteller and professional percussionist, in a performance of folktales and traditional stories from Afrika and around the world, while enjoying some traditional Afrikan drumming.

This program is part of Youth Hub service. Youth Hubs are a welcoming place for teens after school and in the summer, where helpful staff are always available. Free, nutritious snacks are offered daily. Drop by a branch with a Youth Hub or call the branch to find out more.
