Vegetarian Sushi Making Workshop with Chef Sang Kim
Toronto celebrity chef, Sang Kim, teaches the basics of sushi-making. Participants make sushi rolls using ingredients prepared by the Chef and eat their own creations. A brief history of sushi, its origins and eating etiquette will also be shared.
(No raw fish is used. Ingredients are free of gluten, nuts and dairy.)
This is a drop in program for teens. No registration required.
