Finding Recovery Through Exercise Skills and Hope (FRESH)
This
program helps people stay active, make friends, learn new skills, and
have fun. It involves peer-led group activities which can include crafts, games,
walking, yoga, and more. Meet new folks, build social connections, and tell us
about programs and services you would like to see in the neighbourhood!
On Tuesdays, join us for crafts (11am-1pm), a walk (11:15am-1pm), chair yoga (11:30am-12:30pm), and music wellness (1am-2pm).
Drop in, no registration is required
Snacks and refreshments are provided for all participants. Ingredient lists will be available at the program.
This program is in collaboration with Gerstein Crisis Centre's F.R.E.S.H. initiative.
