Event description

Where do you want to spend your retirement years and how can you make that happen?

Looking ahead and having a plan gives us control. Rather than leaving things up to chance, we get to make the choices and decisions that we want--not that someone else wants. Karen Henderson, an expert in long term care options, shares her knowledge and resources to help you make more informed decisions.

As the result of a life changing 14-year dementia care experience, Karen founded the Long Term Care Planning Network, Canada’s leading resource centre for ageing, eldercare and long term care planning and education. Her seminar series, web site and print/electronic tools are recognized as key long term care educational resources for Canadian families.

Karen is a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA).
