Branch Art Exhibit: Works by Mario DimainIn Progress
Throughout the month of February the works of artist Mario Dimain are on display at Morningside Branch.
Mario Dimain is an accomplished visual artist and an avid storyteller. He was only twelve years old when his father introduced him to photography. Now at 73, Mario is still active and has not stopped shooting. In between photography, Mario paints and writes.
"I am a lover of anything beautiful under the sun. The images I create through photography and painting are more than just art. They are my voice and the reactions of my passion to engage the viewers of my art in a silent conversation."
This exhibit is part of TPL's Art Exhibit program. Toronto Public Library provides space for local artists to exhibit their work at locations across the city. These exhibits aim to reflect the diverse cultural interests of the city and its neighbourhoods.
The exhibit can be viewed during Morningside Branch open hours. Please check the Morningside Branch page before your visit .
