Come and have a conversation with the health team from the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities (SCHC)! Learn & get connected to a variety of health care services.
Receive support with navigating services like:
- Cancer screening information and referrals
- Diabetes education
- Preventative care
- Primary care information
- Vaccination awareness
- Mental health
- Connections to community support services

This event will take place every last Tuesday of each month.
