Event description

Portrait of Jill Kumer and Bryna Wasserman

This workshop will discuss the emotions attached to the stages of retirement for seniors and others, pre and post retirement. Participants will gain helpful tips that will enhance emotional fulfillment.

Jill Kumer and Bryna Wasserman are retired social workers with experience working in the public sector for 40 years. In their own retirements they found there was a lack of information and resources to support the emotional changes. As they began their retirement journey, they quickly learned that being emotionally prepared is as important as the financial readiness in achieving a happy retirement.
