Youth Hub: Lip Gloss Charms
Learn how to make darling keychain charms to attach to a lip gloss tube. It is super fun and easy to do and the best part is that you can personalize it to fit just about any style or vibe.
No registration is required. Drop-ins are welcome.
This program is part of Youth Hub service. Youth Hubs are a welcoming place for teens after school and in the summer, where helpful staff are always available. Free, nutritious snacks are offered daily. Drop by a branch with a Youth Hub or call the branch to find out more.
