Come and have a conversation with health team from the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities (SCHC) to learn and get connected to a variety of health care services.
Get support with navigating services like:
- Cancer Screening information and referrals
- Diabetes Education
- Preventative Care
- Vaccination Awareness
- Mental Health
- Connections to Community Support services
Drop-in, no registration required. Regular visits second Wednesday of each month in the library foyer.
