Event description

Build on your basic Microsoft Word skills and learn to use Word more effectively. This is Microsoft Word basics, part 2.

In this class, you will:

  • Practice new Word skills while you design a flyer
  • Format text, margins, indents, headers and footers
  • Format text as columns
  • Create bulleted, numbered and sorted lists
  • Review your document with Spelling and Grammar check and Thesaurus

Upon completion of this program, you will be able to use even more Word tools to design your documents.

Prerequisites: Completion of part 1, or equivalent. Basic keyboarding skills required. Basics laptop skills required.

Laptops will be provided for use during the program.
