Event description

Artist Sharon Kawabata demonstrates and teaches how to turn scrap paper, old magazines/ads into classic origami pieces: crane, butterfly, fish, etc, using local animals for inspiration and the creation of animal origami as the primary projects.

Paper folding can be a relaxing process, like many crafts once the skill has been acquired repetition may be a calming result.
