Event description

This program helps people stay active, make friends, learn new skills, and have fun. It involves peer-led group activities which can include crafts, games, walking, yoga, and more. Meet new folks, build social connections, and tell us about programs and services you would like to see in the neighbourhood!

For our upcoming sessions, we will be screening the following films in Program Room A:

Snacks and refreshments are provided for all participants. Ingredient lists will be available at the program.

This program is in collaboration with Gerstein Crisis Centre's F.R.E.S.H. initiative.
