Optimistic Writing Workshop
Writing is an excellent way to change our perception of certain moments in our life, a way to transform them into supporting elements. Optimistic writing is an autobiographical mode of writing, leading us to focus more on all the little happy events of our daily life, even the least perceptible ones.
The goal is not to learn how to write in a specific literary style, but to learn how to shift our gaze away from our problems and to get used to approaching life with gratitude.
Putting the words on the paper allows us to better anchor positive emotions in our body. Then follows a moment of sharing with the group, because happiness is amplified when it is shared.
This workshop helps develop:
- Self confidence
- Imagination and creativity
- A better perception of our life and our environment
