Rise and Sprawl: The Condominiumization of Toronto
In this talk, the rapid verticalization of our city and speculations on variations and more imaginative alternatives are discussed along with an examination of the role of developers, architecture, marketing agencies and governing bodies.
Alexander Josephson is co-founder of PARTISANS, lecturer at the University of Toronto, John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design and co-author of Rise and Sprawl with architectural historian Hans Ibelings.
