Innovation Book Club

on April 14, 2026, 6:30pm to 8:00pm

Event description

Conversation is the source of innovation!

Join TPL Innovation Council member Zahra Ebrahim for a series of lively book discussions about how we can build a better world by getting better at talking with each other.

At our April meeting, we'll discuss the second and third chapters of Talk: The Science of Conversation and the Art of Being Ourselves, by Alison Wood Brooks. Learn about:

  • Choosing and preparing conversational topics
  • Asking good questions (and listening to the answers!)

We invite you to jot down and bring five potential conversational topics to this meeting!
