Event description

Stay confident under pressure, and connect better with others. It's all about building skills, making friends, and growing as a player and a leader through soccer.

Pepy Malonga is the founder of FOOT-IQ, an educational initiative that uses sport as a platform to help young people develop leadership and life skills. Through interactive workshops and youth programs, he helps participants explore themes such as communication, teamwork, decision-making, and emotional intelligence using engaging sport-based scenarios and discussions.

Pepy has led programs with schools, libraries, and community organizations across Toronto, creating environments where youth build confidence, reflect on their choices, and strengthen their leadership potential.

His work focuses on helping young people understand that leadership is not about performance, but about mindset, responsibility, and how they interact with others.

Registration required. Drop-ins welcome, but space is limited.
