Virtual Prenatal Breastfeeding Program with Toronto Public Health
This free virtual program delivered by Toronto Public Health staff consists of two one-hour sessions:
May 5: Session 1 -Starting Your Breastfeeding Journey
May 12: Session 2 - Learning to Breastfeed
Topics include:
- benefits of breastfeeding
- how to breastfeed
- common issues that may arise during breastfeeding
- where to get breastfeeding support
This program is for prenatal individuals residing in Toronto. A partner or support person is also welcome to attend. *Participants are encouraged to attend both sessions to best support their learning needs.
Zoom URL to access the online program will be emailed to registrants ahead of program date.
