Kids & Parents Book Club

on April 18, 2026, 3:00pm to 4:00pm

Event description

Our book for the month of April is The Folk of the Faraway Tree by Enid Blyton.

When family friend, Connie, visits, neither Joe, Beth nor Frannie are impressed. Connie is bossy and also refuses to believe in the Magic Faraway Tree—until she meets Moon-Face, Saucepan Man and Silky the fairy! When the Faraway Tree starts to fade, even Connie is worried. What can they do to save it?

Enid Blyton was one of the world's most popular children's authors, and also the most translated author in history.

Copies of the book are available at the library.
