  • Building Your Support System: Identify people and services that can support you throughout your care journey.
  • Preparing for Appointments: Learn how to prepare helpful questions so you can communicate your concerns and preferences effectively.
  • Supporting Caregivers: Explore the important role caregivers play in treatment decision-making and how they can offer meaningful support.
  • Focusing on What Matters Most: Reflect on your values and priorities when evaluating different treatment options.
