Transforming Garbage: Stretch Your Own Canvas
Intended for adults, this workshop requires the use of a staple gun. Stretching your own canvas is a practice of making and preparing your work before you begin to create. In this workshop you will learn how to take apart a canvas and stretch a new canvas or other textiles to the wood frame. A guide tutorial of best practices, tool safety, and fabric selection will equip you with the skills to expand your creative practice.
