Event description

Learn about “soft self-discipline” and how this practice can help with supporting ourselves in times of stress or with addressing eco-anxiety.

This interactive workshop introduces participants on how to start journaling and how to use this to track your goals and habits. Tracking your habits is a self-care practice that can help connect you to the natural world and the cycles of the seasons and life.

Please register online.

Presented by Clementina Consens, TPL's Spring 2026 Environmentalist in Residence.

The Environmentalist in Residence is part of TPL's Our Fragile Planet program series, supported by Friends of Toronto Public Library, South Chapter.
