Learn about “soft self-discipline” and how this practice can help with supporting ourselves in times of stress or with addressing eco-anxiety.
This interactive workshop introduces participants on how to start journaling and how to use this to track your goals and habits. Tracking your habits is a self-care practice that can help connect you to the natural world and the cycles of the seasons and life.
