TV host and celebrity chef Sang Kim will teach the basics of making Korean-style kimbap, exactly like you see them on your favourite K-dramas. Participants will roll and cut kimbap using ingredients prepared by the Chef and eat their own creations. A brief history of kimbap, its differences from the Japanese sushi roll, and eating etiquette will also be shared. Prizes are also awarded for best kimbap creations.

Please note: Ingredients include egg and fishcake (which participants do not have to use). This event is for teenagers aged 13-17.
