Cooking with Spirit: Stories, Flavours, and Traditions from Indigenous Fusion Cuisine

In this talk, Chef David Wolfman will take the audience on a culinary and cultural journey through the pages of his cookbook, Cooking With the Wolfman. He’ll explore how Indigenous foods connect us to the land, to community, and to sustainable living. Participants will also learn how cooking can be an act of reconciliation and cultural preservation.
