Black Mental Health Week

Black Mental Health Week in March is an opportunity to bring awareness to the effects of anti-Black racism on mental health and wellness. Here is a list of recommended books to support those in discovery and healing. Toronto Public Library celebrates Black history and culture year-round, with programs, activities and events that highlight the significant contributions of Black writers and artists from Canada and around the world. Many of these books are also available in other accessible formats from the Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA) for TPL members with print disabilities.
