Black Mental Health Week

Black Mental Health Week in March is an opportunity to bring awareness to the effects of anti-Black racism on mental health and wellness. Here is a list of recommended books to support those in discovery and healing. Toronto Public Library honours Black History year-round with a collection of programs and special events that celebrate Black heritage and culture, and consider the historical significance and contemporary contributions of Black activists and artists from around the world.
