Your Health Matters - Teen Book List

Your Health Matters (YHM) is a Toronto Public Library initiative, developed in partnership with Toronto Public Health, that promotes health literacy and overall well-being across all ages. This curated book list highlights a diverse selection of titles for adults and teens on mental health, active living, nutrition, sexual health, and more. These resources aim to support individuals, including vulnerable and equity-deserving communities, by providing accurate, accessible, and inclusive health information. Many of these books are also available in accessible formats through the Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA) for TPL members with print disabilities.
