Islamic History and Culture Month Books for Children

Explore this recommended reading list for children, in honour of Islamic History and Culture Month in Canada during October. Toronto Public Library celebrates Islamic History and Culture year-round with programs and special events that highlight Islamic heritage and considers the historical significance and contemporary contributions of Muslim Canadians. By providing a platform for learning, discussion and celebration, we hope to foster a greater understanding and appreciation of the Muslim communities' invaluable contributions to our shared history and identity.
