When the young daughter of a famous author finds his unfinished novel, before she can sit down to complete it, she is kidnapped by the characters who want to take over the story. Taken to their fictional world, she is rescued by a heroic goat, a character she created. Together, they must hold off the other characters so she can finish her father's work before she is stuck in their world forever.
